2. Cancellations Prior to Kick-Off

In the event that a project must be canceled prior to the kick-off call, any refund requests will be considered at my discretion. A fee will be applied to cover any work already completed, administrative efforts, and loss of earnings. The amount retained will depend on the stage of the project and the scope of work undertaken.

3. Right to Terminate

Our Kindred Design Studio reserves the right to terminate a project if there is a lack of communication, non-payment, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, fees for work completed and any loss of earnings will be retained.

4. Communication

I strive to create a smooth and positive experience for all my clients. Therefore, I encourage open communication throughout the project. Should you have any concerns or need to make changes, please reach out as early as possible to avoid any complications.
